Learned context
Built from each mailbox's recent mail. Every run reads this and adds new notes. You can edit it; edits are kept.
Settings
Getting started (about 3 minutes)
- Enter your licence key in Settings and save.
- Add a mailbox: click + Add mailbox and sign in with your Microsoft account. Accept the permissions — the tool asks only to read and draft mail, never to send. Repeat for each mailbox.
- If Microsoft says “Approval required” or “Need admin approval”, send your IT administrator this link. They sign in once and approve the app for everyone in your organisation:
Admin consent link - That's it. The first run starts by itself: it reads your last 150 emails to learn your style, contacts and matters, then drafts replies to everything unanswered from the last 3 days. Drafts appear in Outlook under the category AI Draft.
- Every morning at the time in Settings it drafts whatever is new — on the server, so your computer can be off. Open this page any time to see what it did.
Languages
Replies follow the sender: an Arabic email gets an Arabic reply, English gets English, and mixed emails get a matching mix. The first run also learns which signature you use in each language. Switch to “Always Arabic” or “Always English” in Settings if you prefer.
What it does and doesn't do
- Reads Inbox and Sent Items of each mailbox you connect, using your own Microsoft sign-in. Your connection is stored encrypted on the vendor's server so it can run while you're away; remove a mailbox any time.
- Sends email text to the AI service to understand it and write drafts. Check this fits your organisation's confidentiality policy.
- Saves replies as drafts with the category AI Draft. It never sends, deletes or moves mail.
- Skips threads you've already answered and emails already triaged. Automated mail and newsletters get no draft.
- Never invents dates, fees or commitments — it leaves a
[CONFIRM: …]placeholder for you.
